Welcome Call
Our CRM Team will get in touch with you to assist you through the next step and then dispatch the collection kit.
Our 196 Collection Kit
You will receive the collection kit a month prior to the estimated due date. Our team will brief you on the contents & their usage.
Delivery & Sample Collection
Based on the briefing, when you bring in the kit to the hospital for the collection to happen during the delivery. Our executive will collect the retrieved sample from the hospital & ship it safely to our lab.
Processing
Once the kit is received in the lab where it is processed in a completely sterile, Class 1000 clean room, in Class 100 Biosafety Cabinet.
Preservation
You will receive a detailed report & a certificate of preservation within 20 days after the collection.
